Managing Director
Mr. Swapan Kumar Chakraborty is the Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Chakraborty is M.Sc., MBA (Finance) from Kolkata University & CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr. Chakraborty is former General Manager (Treasury & Forex), Allahabad Bank. He was a member of the ALCO & Risk Management Committee of the Bank. He was instrumental in setting up overseas operations of the bank in Hong Kong & China. He has more than 36 years of experience in the field of banking, finance, risk management, foreign exchange & precious metals operations in various capacities. He was also a visiting faculty of various training programmers of staff colleges of banks like P.N.B., Allahabad Bank, Syndicate bank & TISS.
Mr. Mir Golam Nabi

Mr. Mir Golam Nabi is a B. Sc. (Agri Hons.), MBA (Banking & Finance) & CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr. Nabi is former Chief Manager (Faculty in Charge) of Staff Training Centre, Indian Overseas Bank, Salt Lake, Kolkata. He has more than 36 years of experience in General Banking, Insurance, Finance & Priority Sector Advances in various capacities. He has been in the interview panel for recruitment of Probationary Officers of various PSU Banks. Presently he is serving as a guest faculty in Staff Training Centre, Indian Overseas Bank, Kolkata, Regional Training Centre, IDBI Bank Kolkata & various other training facilities of PSU & private Banks in Kolkata.
Mr. Subhro K. Gupta

Mr. Subhro K. Gupta is a postgraduate in Science from Delhi University & MBA (Finance)from FMS, Delhi. Mr. Gupta was former Head of Internal Audit in Bandhan Bank. He has 35 years of experience in Branch banking, Advances, Trade Finance & Internal Audit in various capacities in both public & private sector banks. He spearheaded setting up of the international operations of a bank as domain Head of Audit in more than 10 countries.
Mr. Apu Dhar
Additional Director
Mr. Apu Dhar, Additional Director of Ultimo Credit Private Limited and Executive Director of Uttrayan Financial Services Private Limited, has played a significant role in raising the company to its current position since March 25, 2009. He has more than 24 years of experience working in livelihood and microfinance programmers within the self-help group movement. He received his degree in Arts from the University of Calcutta. He has a wealth of knowledge in operation, finance, accounting, and retail activity. He exudes optimism, energy, friendliness, zeal and practicality. As a member of the faculty for in-house training, he has extensive experience in microfinance projects and training programmers.
